This Honey cake is not the Russian way, it’s what most Indians – or rather Bangalorean would relate to. Growing up this was one of the most loved cakes by all kids in Bangalore.
It is a spongy vanilla flvoured cake, soaked in honey Syrup and then topper with a mixed fruit jam and generously spread desiccated coconut. Very Similar to our locally loved Lamingtons.
- Can be stored in the fridge upto 5-7days in an airtight container.
- Best served warm or room temperature.
- No wet hands.
